I am most excited about
I'm most excited about the scale of MOSAiC and the level of international cooperation within the consortium.
Personally, I am very much looking forward to experiencing the Arctic in the transition phase towards winter. It is also very exciting that my measurements will contribute to the larger picture of the whole project as one small puzzle-piece from the ATMOS team.
An individual challenge will certainly be the remoteness / isolation in the dark period, as well as general logistic challenges during periods of storms and/or other hardly predictable events such as lead openings.
