My tasks on MOSAiC
Coordination of the GNSS reflectometry (GNSS-R) experiments on the sea ice floe, which include two dual-polarization instruments, one led by IEEC/CSIC and another led by IEEC/UPC. We also contribute to the Spring 2020 MOSAiC airborne campaign with a GNSS-R payload aboard an AWI Polar aircraft.
I am most excited about
We are excited about the large quantity of data, spanning an entire year, seasonal variations and different types of ice and the fact that there will be other data sets, independently obtained by other sensors and techniques.
